- Account information such as your email address and profile name
- Contacts you add inside the app, including optional imported contact thumbnails
- Balances, balance history, payment-confirmation records, and shared receipt images you attach
- Home currency preference and an optional stored locale preference for future localization
- To create and sync balances between people
- To match pending balances when an invited person signs up later
- To restore open shared balances if a previously deleted person signs up again with the same email
- To let both participants in a shared balance view the same attached receipt image
- To show imported contact thumbnails in your own contact list and related views
- To show summaries in your preferred home currency
- To respond to support requests and improve the product
Sevenish uses limited third-party diagnostics and analytics tools to keep the app reliable and understand whether core product flows are working.
- Sentry may receive crash reports, non-fatal error information, app version/build information, device context, and performance traces when something goes wrong.
- PostHog may receive product events such as sign in, contact creation, balance creation, settlement, reminder actions, and explicit screen names for major app surfaces.
- Sevenish identifies analytics users by stable app user id rather than attaching raw email as a default analytics user property.
- Sevenish does not intentionally send receipt image content, receipt file paths, balance note free text, or invite/reminder message body text into diagnostics or analytics systems.
- Supabase is used for authentication, database storage, and file storage
- Resend may be used to deliver transactional account emails
- Sentry is used for crash diagnostics, error reporting, and performance monitoring
- PostHog is used for in-app product analytics
- Vercel is used to host these public pages
- Vercel Analytics may be used on these public pages
- Tally may be used for support and feature request forms
- Imported contact thumbnails are used only to decorate your own contact list and related screens
- They are not intended to become a shared profile identity for the other person
- Names you save for contacts in your own address book are your local labels and may differ from how that person labels themselves
If you delete your Sevenish account, your login access and account profile are removed. For the other person in a shared balance, open balances may revert to pending invites, while settled history and payment-confirmation records may remain visible so their record of what happened stays accurate.
If you later sign up again with the same email address, Sevenish may reconnect eligible open balances that had previously reverted to pending invites.
Sevenish lets you delete certain balances, contacts, and attached receipts inside the app where supported. For account or privacy-related requests, use the support page.
For privacy or support questions, use the support page at /support.
